	Here at Neiman Brothers Company, Inc. we offer custom blending services of dry mixes, spices, fillings, jellies, jams as well as sauces, flavors and chocolate products. We manufacture a variety of fresh specialty Bread Mixes, Cake Mixes, Churro Mixes, Donut Mixes, Pancake Mixes and Sweet Do Mixes. The exotic spices we import from all over the world are cleaned, ground, and blended in our special stainless steel automated equipment which preserves the freshness and flavor. Our fillings, jellies and jams all contain an overwhelming amount of the highest quality fruit that will enhance any dessert or fancy food product. We use a large copper kettle to manufacture different types of chocolate products and we process our honey in fully automated stainless steel equipment which provides the best quality honey for our customers. Please contact our customer service department any time for more information on any of the products we manufacture. Delivery in the metro Chicago area is made with our own fleet of trucks. We require 1,000 lb. minimum orders and 24 hour notification. Shipping outside of Chicago is made with common carriers.
